All staff was very friendly. Free (video guarded) parking. Everything is fine with the hotel. The food (dinner) in the restaurant was very good. The location is very central.

A slightly fancy city hotel (on the inside), maybe pushing to a higher standard - so everything was fine, slightly luxurious, well done, friendly, clean ... except that all told, in the end it has just the flair of what it is, a city hotel. But the location right in the center allows great walks along the impressive pulp factory (always worth seeing), along the lakeshores and down the streets. There is parking right across the street. The breakfast was good, the staff very friendly. My room was pretty large.

The property had a relaxed, homely feel about it. The gentleman in reception was very friendly and helpful, especially in helping us to find a parking spot as the hotel parking was full. The breakfast choice was very good. Lots of cereals and good healthy options.

restaurant was nice, thought a bit pricey. electric car charging in front of hotel was superb! Breakfast was overall good but can be much better with few suggestions below.

Friendly staff, spacious and clean room (suite) which had super comfortable bed. Excellent a la carte in the downstairs restaurant, and good breakfast although wife said she’d wished for more variety in breakfast. The only reason I didn’t give this hotel a 10 rating was the traffic (loud mopeds) noise that woke me up a few times during the night. Not much the hotel can do about that, but it’s something that’s probably good to take into account for other visitors.
